Tiled roof restoration detail
Our roofing process

A clear path from the first enquiry to scheduled roofing work.

Start by describing the issue. From there, the appropriate assessment, proposed scope and next steps can be arranged around the roofing work required.

Know what happens next.

The process is designed to keep each stage easy to follow, from describing the roof issue through assessment, quoting and scheduling the agreed work.

01

Contact the team

Submit the contact form or call directly and explain what you have noticed, the service you are considering and any useful details about the roof.

02

Arrange the appropriate assessment

An onsite roof assessment can be booked where needed. For certain repair enquiries, an initial online estimate may also be possible before an onsite visit is arranged.

03

Review the proposed scope

After the roof has been assessed, the identified issue and proposed roofing work can be set out in a quote. Photo evidence may be used where it helps explain the roof condition.

04

Schedule the roofing work

Once the quote is accepted, the work can move into scheduling and materials preparation before the agreed repair, restoration or other roofing service is carried out.

The visible symptom is not always the whole roofing problem.

A leak may involve flashing, penetrations, tiles, ridge capping or another entry point. Maintenance may uncover wear that is easier to address before it becomes a larger repair. That is why the process starts with the issue and then moves to the appropriate assessment.
